The FitX Community is a place where anyone can come to get a great workout and at the same time have a great deal of fun! We are a community of like-minded individuals who all share common fitness goals and are passionate about reaching those goals. Personal instruction ensures correct technique and your best results. Having one on one instruction, at no extra cost, keeps you motivated, educated and getting the most from your time spent in the gym. Your instructor will teach you the correct form for each exercise and how to move through your workout efficiently and with a focus and determination that you have never experienced before. That is what makes FitX so different than other clubs. We care, we commit and we deliver results!

Try a FitX “Power Hour” and achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! A small number of students will be lead through an hour of a total-body workout. Expect quick results and a lot of fun while enjoying a workout that encompasses the three key areas of fitness – cardio, strength and flexibility.  Power Hours will push your limits. You will learn the proper techniques, form the habits and acquire the self-discipline needed to live a better, healthier lifestyle. Improved appearance and greater self-confidence is an automatic short term result. Failure is not an option! The passion is in this gym…you just have to get there.

Kids Power Hours are available for kids of any age. Learning the basic fundamental movements through games and workouts will educate the child about a healthy way of living. Self-esteem and self-discipline are achieved through these kids power hours. These are definitely a must for a young person in any kind of sport. The core strengthening in these programs will make them better at any sport they play.
