Protein and Berry Smoothie

2 scoops protein powder
1 cup frozen berries
1/4 banana
Handful of walnuts (optional)
Water to consistency
Protein Pancakes
1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
2 scoops protein powder
1 scoop oatmeal (quick oats)
1-2 egg whites
1 cup low fat cottage cheese (optional but recommended)
1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt (optional)
Water to consistency
* Add walnuts, raisins, dried fruit or chocolate chips for variety
Great hot or cold, for breakfast, post-workout or for a quick snack!
